For tuning and remapping specialists

Built around specialist tuning work, not generic appointments

Configure remapping, diagnostics, ECU and component work, rolling-road sessions and optional extras with the duration, eligible staff, booking route and payment rule each service needs.

Specialist work needs a decision

Tuning work has its own pressures: vehicles that are not suitable, modifications that change the job, rolling-road time that cannot be double-booked, and customers who do not turn up after you have prepared.

METBooker lets each service carry its own rules, lets work that needs judgement arrive as a request, and keeps the vehicle, the work and the payment on one record.

01

Services and add-ons that reflect the job

Define the core service, then offer relevant add-ons without forcing a customer to create unrelated appointments. Durations, prices, buffers, staff eligibility and deposits can differ by service.

Add-ons are configured for your account during onboarding.

02

Review work before accepting it

Jobs that depend on vehicle suitability, modifications or specialist review can arrive as booking requests. The business can accept or decline, and choose whether acceptance requires a deposit, full payment or no payment up front.

Example. A customer asks for a remap on a heavily modified car. It arrives as a request with the vehicle details attached; you check suitability, accept it with a deposit, and the confirmation and payment request go to the customer together.

Requested bookings are configured for your account during onboarding.

03

Vehicle context at the point of decision

Use registration lookup and MOT history to add context before the visit. Record customer and vehicle details with the booking so staff are not reconstructing the enquiry on arrival.

Vehicle and MOT data support your own checks; they do not confirm insurance, roadworthiness or driver entitlement.

04

Workshop, mobile or mixed operation

Use timed workshop work, requested appointments or travel-aware mobile availability according to the service. Mixed mode is an account configuration, not an assumed default.

Relationship with Mobile Eco Tuning

METBooker is a fundamental part of Mobile Eco Tuning's operation, with specialist workflows shaped by the requirements of the business and its agent network. It is also available to any tuning business as its own subscription; an MET agent package does not include it automatically.

How METBooker relates to Mobile Eco Tuning

A remap request, step by step

From the enquiry to payment, on one booking.

  1. Requested

The customer chooses the remap and any relevant add-ons and enters the registration.

  2. Reviewed

You check the vehicle and the request before committing workshop or rolling-road time.

  3. Accepted

Accepted with a deposit, full payment or no payment up front, or declined.

  4. Completed

The work is marked complete and the balance is taken against the same booking.

What to know first

  • METBooker books and records the work; it does not supply tuning files, tools or training.
  • Each booking goes to one member of staff or calendar. A rolling road can be set up as its own calendar so it cannot be double-booked.
  • Add-ons, requested bookings, mobile and mixed operation and payment links are configured during onboarding rather than switched on for every new account.

Common questions

Do I have to be a Mobile Eco Tuning agent to use METBooker?

No. METBooker is available to any tuning business, whoever supplies its tools and files.

Is METBooker included with a Mobile Eco Tuning agent package?

Not automatically. METBooker is fundamental to Mobile Eco Tuning’s operation and is also available to other tuning businesses as its own subscription. An agent package does not include it by default.

Can a customer add extras to a remap booking?

Yes, where add-ons are configured. Relevant extras can be offered with the core service, each with its own price and extra time, without the customer creating separate appointments.

Can I check a vehicle before accepting the job?

Yes. Where requested bookings are configured, the job arrives as a request with the vehicle details, and you accept it with a deposit, full payment or no payment up front, or decline it.

Can I keep rolling-road time from being double-booked?

Yes. Set the rolling road up as its own calendar and give the relevant services to it, so online availability reflects when it is free.
